I posted a link above to this great article that inspired me to write my blog today.

I know it sounds unbelievable but fig trees can grow to be quite Large, The picture image of my blog actually shows, the image of a really large fig tree.

I don't know if you've ever read the parables in the Bible in Matthew chapter 11 but, even if you haven't you should because the parable of the fig tree is quite powerful, and it has alot to do with our need to be obedient to G-d laws and His ministry.

Do check out the link above. It will tell you more anyways. I have always loved fig trees and figs are very sweet. My hope is that you the reader will take heed to the message in matthew about the fig tree and that you too will bear much sweet fruit for the kingdom of G-d. It's a very inspiring parable. And, the symbolizism is neat too, after you read this parable it will revolutionalize the way you see fig trees again, and when you eat figs it will also remind you, of the message in the parable.
